Terms of Service

Nightroll is in active development. The service is offered as-is, without warranties of any kind. Features, limits, prices, and APIs may change at any time, sometimes with little or no notice. You assume all risk associated with your use of the service.

1. Acceptable use

Don't use Nightroll to do anything illegal, infringe someone else's rights, send spam, or harm Nightroll's infrastructure or other customers. We can suspend or terminate accounts that do.

2. Your data

You own the flag configurations and project data you create. We process them to provide the service. See the Privacy Policy for what we collect and how it's handled.

3. Service availability

We target high uptime and have multi-layer caching (see the FAQ) so the service degrades gracefully. We make no formal uptime SLA at this stage.

4. Billing

Paid plans are billed monthly. You can cancel any time from the dashboard; service continues to the end of the billing cycle. No refunds for partial periods. Overage on the MAU dimension is billed at the published rate.

5. Termination

You can delete your account at any time from the dashboard. We may terminate accounts that violate these terms or remain abandoned for an extended period. Some data is retained after deletion for accounting and audit purposes (see Privacy).

6. Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Nightroll's liability is limited to the amount you paid us in the prior 12 months. We are not liable for indirect, consequential, or incidental damages.

7. Changes

We may update these terms. Material changes will be announced in-app or by email. Continued use after a change constitutes acceptance.
